2 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoons chopped spring onions

1 teaspoon chopped celery

1 tablespoon corn flour mixed with 1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon green chilli sauce

½ cup mixed bell peppers

½ teaspoon soy sauce

Soak red chillies for 30 minutes. Grind these soaked chillies and garlic with two tablespoons of water.

Heat oil in a pan; add bell peppers, celery and onions and sauté for three minutes on a high heat. Keep stirring to prevent the vegetables from burning.

Add chilli paste, vinegar, chilli sauce, soy sauce, corn flour paste and salt with ½ cup of water. Simmer for three to four minutes or until it is a slightly thicker consistency.

Add cooked rice to this sauce, mix well and serve hot.
