Top 4 Celebrity Workout Forms

Here are the top 4 celebrities and their workout forms according to me:

Aamir Khan - Weight Training

Aamir Khan has had numerous transformations throughout the years. But the one that stands out to me particularly is the one in his movie ‘Dangal’. In this movie, he first put on lots of kilos and had a big belly; later he transformed all of that into an amazing bulked yet lean physique. His weight loss and transformation journey for this movie were epically astonishing.

To complete this feat, Aamir Khan worked his butt off at the gym. He used weight training as his workout form, which makes sense since he had to shed off much fat while increasing muscle mass drastically.

Weight training is a type of strength training exercise where weights are used for resistance. Here, the free weights enforce a greater deal of muscle activation and stretch, enabling the muscles to become much stronger.

Here is the workout schedule that Aamir Khan followed:

  • Monday: Chest-Triceps
  • Tuesday: Abs
  • Wednesday: Legs
  • Thursday: Shoulders and Traps
  • Friday: Back-Biceps
  • Saturday: Rest day
  • Sunday: Rest day

Mandira Bedi’s toned and muscular body is the result of her dedicated workout form: HIIT. Everyone wonders what the secret behind Malaika Arora’s undying beauty is. Well, it’s simple. She does Yoga!

Malaika loves doing yoga and has started her own yoga studio called, ‘Diva Studio’. She says that during her divorce from Arbaz Khan, yoga is what calmed and healed her.
