I booked a session through the Visit app. I showed up a bit late and she was very accommodating. Along with being very knowledgeable and having great expertise, she also is a very patient and motivating teacher. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was a great judge at knowing when to push me further and when not. This felt more than just a physical workout, the whole experience was very calming and also a great stress buster. I’m really excited for further sessions! The terrace space is super beautiful too and watching the sunset while practising yoga was a whole vibe. 🙌❤️
