One of the best decisions this year was to join The Body Box. Within 2 months of weight lifting and training, I have gained a lot of strength which usually is a far fetched dream with a sedentary, hectic job. The trainers are excellent as they give you detailed reasons behind performing a certain workout. As this place offers several batches throughout the day, it’s impossible to not find 1 hour for training and eventually getting addicted to it. This place is 🔥
