Star Athletes United started in the year June 2013. It was started by Mr. Nitin D souza, a qualified NIS trainer. He deals with kids from the age of 3 and above. Depending on the age group the training methods are defined. He also does a lot of Outdoor Training with its base being Juhu.

Beginners & Advance level
Beginners Training 3 to 4 days a week & minimum 1 hour of training
Advance Training 6 days of Training minimum 1.30 hours of training.
