Fitternity booking happened and charged despite the session having no available slots. Booking should be accurate as per availability and I had paid and booked the session and had to travel all the way and got to know that slots are already full.

I have booked and paid for a session at 8:00am today through Fitternity and no one is here. The studio door is locked. If a session is cancelled, you should inform instead of wasting my time and money.

Experience at RIDE studio was good last time. This time Fitternity app allowed me to book a session at 8 pm but came to know after reaching RIDE studio that session was cancelled. Suggest to check with facility before going.
