Kraze was started in 2013.They follow the guidelines of ACSM (American college of sports and medicine)Their motive is to create a world of fitness with dance and fun filled musical Work outs.

Additional Information

They provide Zumba (International licensed trainers), Reebok Step Aerobics, Reebok Floor Aerobics, Functional Training, Gym Ball Work out, Weight Training, Circuit Training, Yoga, Tabata etc. Other than that they also offer, Yoga for Children, Bollywood Dance Classes for Children, special summer camps for weight loss.
