Foram's classes are extremely dynamic, each class is different and thats what makes it so much fun and at the same time works wonders on your body. I managed to lose nearly 10 kgs in the just 3 months of joining her class.

Forum is by far the best choreographer and fitness instructor i have come across! She can make workouts a fun thing to do! I long for my sessions wid her! Especially for a bollywood geek like me ... Forum is a boon 😀!
