I started training with Biren about 4 months ago and can already see the results. He is an amazing trainer and gets personally involved in every small thing right from managing your sleep, diet, workouts, stress! Even when I was traveling, more than my mother Biren was worried about my diet and guided me with options. He suggests workouts depending on the fitness levels and scales it up / down as per how much the person can perform. I would highly recommend joining Body Sculpt!

I have been at Body Sculpt for almost 2 months now and can already feel the difference as compared to a normal gym workout. One thing which stands out from most other gyms is the vibe of the place and its members who all motivate each other! The training sessions also involve Kick boxing, functional training and other forms of workout including treking and outdoor jogging, which is something I really look forward to every week!
