About Zealbox By TWA (TrainWithAllan)

From being a Novice Fitness Enthusiast to transitioning into a Certified Fitness/Life Coach role over the last 8 years, I, Allan Thomas, set up my first centre in Mumbai (Powai Suburb) called  ZEALBOX by TWA (TrainWithAllan) in February 2019.
I work with over 150 members and have developed a strong base of loyal customers in Powai. Even during the COVID-19 lockdown since March 2020, my community of loyal members have continued their daily workouts from the comfort of their homes under my supervision.I’m known to be a hard nut to crack who doesn’t give up on goals. I’ve been active since I was a kid, participating in football, track and field, basketball & cricket. I turned my passion for fitness to be my work.
 My commitment to help you take small, daily steps towards your fitness goals is a priority. With 8 years of building my expertise in fitness, I’m also a powerlifter and certified strength and conditioning specialist who also happens to have a degree in marketing, communications & advertising from MICA.
My sequences are easy to follow, making them perfect for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. You can be rest assured knowing that anything I support you with is backed with serious knowledge of the human body and how it works.
To help my members achieve & realize their fitness goals, I now share my expertise to the ever growing online community present outside Mumbai and across every corner of the world so as to reach out to members who lack defined & structured training methods or members who have plateaued in their current training and would like to improve their personal fitness goals to be healthier versions of themselves.
This Virtual Coaching service will help you reduce body fat, improve strength, build endurance & stamina, increase lean muscle mass, facilitate injury prevention and promote recovery & rehabilitation. They are progressive scalable workouts that assist you in overcoming your personal fitness goals with round the clock support and build much more in the group and personalized sessions. With me, you can be assured of achieving measurable fitness goals with long term results.

What is CrossFit?

Who can do CrossFit?                                                                 

The program is perfect for everyone-from those with the most fitness experience to those who may never have walked into a gym! CrossFit is designed to break down the exercises to the most fundamental levels. Complexity and intensity are added as each athlete (all CrossFitters are athletes!) become more familiar with the movements and exercises. CrossFit is all about functional fitness, and function, as well as intensity are relative to the individual

Why CrossFit over other exercise forms?

CrossFit or intense functional training is a very broad training routine. It is a combination of gymnastics, weight lifting, metabolic conditioning and cardio. It includes movements from different sports whose utility can be seen in day-to-day life. CrossFit includes both functional training and traditional training, which in my opinion works beautifully if your goal is to live a long healthy life. And the fact that everyday is a completely new workout is the most interesting part of the training module.

I have visited this fitness center frequently. I quite like their trainers and their activities. The staff is very enthusiastic and hardworking they not only listen to their client's demand but even keeps them motivated while working out. 100 percent recommended.
