B. On Gym & Studio Memberships + Assured partners

- Gyms & studios have a minimum of 50% off
- Between 14th to 18th October, users can avail an extra 25% off upto Rs. 300 by using code MEGA. The same discount can be availed on Fitternity Assured Partners as well.

- User will receive a freezing option for a period of upto 1 month on their 3/6 months 

memberships and a freezing period of 2 or 3 months on a 1-year membership free of charge.

- Duration of Freezing of memberships and usage will depend on the gym and may vary

-Membership once paused can only be activated after the expiry of the Freezing period

-Once the applicable freezing period is over the membership will automatically be available for use again.

- Users will be eligible for receiving rewards based on the selling price.  

- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer

- Start Date for All gym & studio memberships can be set on any date within 60 days from the day of booking

- Interest-Free EMI is applicable to all memberships.

- In the case of lockdown due to COVID-19, ban on usage of fitness centers, or any other COVID-19 related restriction by the Government, Fitternity is not liable to provide a refund 

Kindly note: Keeping in mind the safety of users, no bookings can be made till the government deems fit in cities where gyms and studios have not resumed services



 

C. On Fitternity LIVE Pay As You Go (Pay Per Session/ Session Packs):  

There is no discount offer currently applicable on Pay As You Go Sessions


 

D. On Online Personal Training Sessions: 

- Upto 50% Off is applicable to Virtual Personal Training Sessions Packs

- Users will receive the freezing option for the period of 1 month. Limited to a single-use.  

- Discount varies across different workout forms in online personal training sessions packs

 

Coupon code PTFREE will give you the following:

- Your first personal training session for INR 1 only

- The session is priced at INR 1 for authentication purposes and will not be refunded by Fitternity

- This code is applicable only on 1 Session offering, once per user

- This offer is not applicable to Group Sessions

 

 

E. Affiliate discount code

-User can only use any affiliate discount coupon code once

-This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer

-Details of the offer will be communicated to the user case by case

F. On OnePass Virtual offer is applicable as follows: 

- User will get up to 50% off on OnePass Virtual memberships

- OnePass memberships are currently offered at the lowest prices

- Users will be eligible for receiving rewards based on the selling price of OnePass selected. Please refer to subsection G for further details.

- Interest-Free EMI available

- Basis government regulations/guidelines, gyms/studios are currently functioning in selected cities only

-Incase of any government mandated lockdown, we will provide 100% pause till gyms and studios reopen

- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer

G. The Cashback offer on OnePass is applicable as follows:

  • Please note that any user who is eligible for the “Buy One Get One” Offer On OnePass will not receive any cashback.

You can review it like this: Head to your Fitternity App -> My Account -> FitCash

You can use this FitCash in the following manner: 

  1. The entire cashback amount can be used to purchase OnePass memberships of the same duration or higher
  2.  15% cashback can be used for to purchase OnePass for Friends and Family of the same duration or higher

Note - The cashback will expire 15 days after the expiry of your OnePass membership.

In cases where additional fitcash is directly credited to users account, it can expire before 15 days

 

H. The Cashback offer on Gym & Studio memberships is applicable as follows:

- User will receive upto 25% cashback of the amount spent on purchase of their membership in the mode of FitCash. This FitCash will be credited in the users Fitternity account.

You can review it like this: Head to your Fitternity App -> My Account -> FitCash

You can use this FitCash in the following manner: 

  1. To Upgrade or Renew membership with the particular gym/studio.
  2. Buy other services such as Personal Training, Group classes offered by the same gym/studio on Fitternity
  3. 15% cashback can be used to buy for your friends or family

Note- This cashback will only be applicable on further purchase at the same gym and studio and will expire in 15 days after membership expiry

OnePass

 

Terms and Conditions

 

 

1. GENERAL T&C

 

  • OnePass is your personal health and fitness pass, it cannot be used by your friends or family members, unless transferred (please see below)
  • Fitternity reserves the right to revise, update and amend the list of Gyms and Fitness Classes available for OnePass booking
  • All issues, doubts or clarification concerning OnePass should be communicated with Fitternity only 
  • In case you find a fitness / sports facility which is not yet part of the OnePass network - we will work to onboard the centre within 15 working days of your request, given the alignment of standard terms between Fitternity & the facility 
  • OnePass is Fitternity’s proprietary offering and bookings via the same can only be done on the Fitternity app. Any booking or exchange of interest cannot be done at the gym/ fitness centre. If done so, Fitternity holds the right to cancel the particular booking or take appropriate action
  • In case a user is found misusing any of the OnePass services or fails to abide by the code of conduct, age requirements, dress code, careful use of equipments or services within the studio or is indulging in indecent behaviour, action will be taken & you will be penalized at the discretion of Fitternity
  • In case of any injury / accident or loss / damage to personal property at the Fitness Center, any claims on Fitternity would not be applicable whatsoever
  • In case of any dispute, the final decision made by Fitternity would prevail. 

 

 

2. USAGE T&C

 

  • You can book 1 session a day
  • In case you do not attend the session, the session cannot be reversed or re-booked for the same day. However, if you cancel the session on the Fitternity app 30 minutes prior to the session, your session booking will be reversed 
  • If session cancellation or unfulfillment from the service provider’s end occurs, you will get an additional day / session
  • At selected fitness centres available on the OnePass program, you have limited access to workout sessions as mentioned on the App
  • Slot availability is subject to change as per the availability at the fitness centre
  • On occasions of Festivals, National holidays, Maintenance Days at the fitness centre, session bookings are subject to availability
  • You can avail up to a maximum of 7 sessions every month in the city which is not your base location
  • Base location is the location selected during the pass purchase. You can edit / change your base location / city the following number of times
  • In 3 months - Once
  • In 6 months - 2 times
  • In 12 months - 3 times

 


 

3. REFUND

 

For OnePass purchases made before 22nd September, 2021 

 

  1. Refund is available for only 6 and 12 months pack. 
  2. Users taking a refund will be subjected to the following deduction mentioned below:
  • Deduction of GST amount
  • Equalisation charges: The price of the higher duration is highly subsidized as compared to buying smaller duration packs due to long term commitment. Premature termination of the pack will hence be subject to an equalisation fee to proportion the cost as in the case of a smaller duration pack purchase
  • Pro-rata deduction basis number of active days of your OnePass

 

  • Please note for a 1 year pack refunds can be requested from purchase to activation date given there’s a gap of 15 days between them. And post completion of 3 months until the duration of the membership pack. The following table explains the deductions:

Example: If your 1 year OnePass has been active for 4 months and you request for a refund, you will fall in the bucket of “3-6 months” and will be charged 25% of the membership amount you paid from the refund amount due to you. Refund amount is calculated based on Amount paid less GST, Equalization Fees and Pro-Rata Usage.

 

 

 

  • Please note for a 6 month pack refunds can be requested from purchase to activation date given there’s a gap of 15 days between them. And post completion of 90 days until the duration of the membership pack. The following table explains the deductions:

  • If you purchase a OnePass and have not activated it within 15 days of purchase, and decide to cancel 18% GST will be charged to you and the remaining amount will be returned

 

Activated OnePass

 

  • If you purchase a OnePass and have activated it, the following is applicable:
    • For < 3 month pack: no refund
    • For 3 month pack: Refund provided only if cancellation date is more than 45 days from the date of activation
    • For > 3 month pack: Refund provided only if cancellation date is more than 90 days from the date of activation
  • Following deductions are applied to the amount you paid on activated OnePass:
    • 18% GST
    • Pro-rata usage (post GST)
    • 50% cancellation rate on the amount not used by you (post GST and pro rata usage deduction)

 

Illustrative example for a 1 year OnePass: 

 

  • Membership cost for 1 year unlimited OnePass: INR 25,000
  • OnePass bought on: January 1, 2021
  • Requested cancellation on: May 31, 2021
  • Since you cancelled the membership after more than 90 days of activation, refund will be provided. You will be charged as per below:
    • (a) GST @18%: INR 3,814
    • (b) Usage: 5 months / 12 months * (Amount paid post GST) = INR 8,828
    • (c) Cancellation charge: 50% * (Amount paid post GST – Usage) = INR 6,179
    • (a+b+c) Total charges and usage: INR 18,821
    • Amount returned to you = Amount paid – Total charges and usage = INR 6,179

 

Other:

 

  • Refund is provided only if you have purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month OnePass or any extensions on these 
  • If you have purchased extensions on duration of Membership, refund will be calculated on the total duration of the membership (including extension) 
  • Refund will be given in FitCash (1 FitCash = INR 1)
    • Validity of FitCash is 3 months from the date of receiving FitCash in Wallet
    • FitCash can be used for all services on the Fitternity platform
  • In case of misbehaviour by user at a fitness center location, or with the staff, Fitternity holds the right to cancel your subscription without any prior notice. No refund amount would be processed in this scenario

4. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER
 

  • Applicable on all OnePass 
  • A membership can be transferred only once

    • No Transfer charges are applicable if transfer is requested 15 days prior to activation

5. FREEZING

 

  • Freezing is only eligible on the purchase of OnePass - 3 months, 6 months and 12 months packs
  • You are allowed to freeze your OnePass for a period of 90 days
  • Freezing can be done twice for a total duration of 90 days in the duration of an active membership
  • For example: If you choose to freeze your OnePass for 10 days and after it is activated, you freeze it again, next time it can be frozen only for 80 days.
  • In case of a government order for lockdown, your OnePass will be automatically frozen and you will get an extension on the membership.
  • You can transfer your membership to a friend / family during the freezing period as well

Membership Pro T&C

A unique offering that gives a premium membership (“Membership”) at an additional cost over the membership price. This gives users(“Member”) access to OnePass sessions and online live classes (“Live Classes”) in addition to the regular membership and Refund perks.

  3. Refund
    • Refund is accessible only after 25% usage of the Membership
    • Refund will be 50% of the amount of Membership value which remains unutilized.
    • Refund amount will be calculated after all applicable taxes have been deducted.For example:
      Membership cost: 10000 (+ taxes) for 1 year including GST
      Amount after deducting taxes: 8475
      Amount eligible for refund after 3 months (25%) usage deduction: 6356
      Actual amount of refund: 50% of 6356 = 3178
    • Members can write to promember@fitternity.com to request a refund.
    • Refund will be given in FitCash+ (1 FitCash = INR 1)
    • Fitcash+ terms and conditions are available here
    • Validity of FitCash+ is 3 months from the date of receiving FitCash in Wallet
    • FitCash is applicable on all services on the Fitternity Platforms
    • In case of a refund, Members will not be eligible to refund of the 2.5% additional amount paid for Membership Pro benefits. Users can still avail the benefits received along with Membership Pro: freezing of membership, merchandise received, complimentary OnePass subscription and access to LIVE classes.
    • Members who have purchased extensions on duration of Membership will have their refund calculated on the total duration of the membership (including extension) provided that the said extension is purchased via Membership Pro only.
      For eg: Membership purchased for 3 months + 30 days(additional), in this case refund is calculated including overall duration i.e. 120 days (3months +additional 30 days)
    • Refund on Memberships that have been paused will be calculated based on Membership duration along with the duration for which the Membership was paused.
      For eg: membership that was bought for a duration of 6 months and member has used pausing for 45 days. The total duration eligible for refund will be for the days of membership remaining after pausing.
    • Memberships purchased for a duration of 1 month - i.e. 12 sessions will be eligible for refund based on the number of days that the Membership was active and not the number of sessions used.
      For eg: if you've utilised the membership for 15 days and have availed 3 sessions, you will receive 50% of the amount due for the remaining 15 days and not for the unutilised 9 sessions.
  4. Freezing
    • Members can freeze their pass by contacting our customer service team at promember@fitternity.com
    • Members can freeze Membership only once for the entire duration of the Membership
    • Freezing process may take up 24-48 hours to process
    • The OnePass sessions provided to the users will also be paused during the freeze period.

  5. USERS’ ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL

    Users are requested to read all the terms & conditions carefully and understand them before agreeing to be bound by them. If any clarification regarding these terms is required, you may contact promember@fitternity.com or +91 74000 62841 for more details.

  6. PROVISION OF THE SERVICES AND THE PRODUCTS
    1. Members will be required to fill details in registration. Member agrees that all such information provided by the Member to Fitternity shall always be true, accurate, complete and updated.
    2. Use of Membership following any modification to these terms shall constitute deemed acceptance of such modification.
    3. Member shall use Membership only as permitted by Fitternity.
    4. Fitternity reserves a right to amend the prices associated with Membership in subsequent purchases.
    5. Any Member allowing third person access to Membership account shall be liable to appropriate criminal action and fine; moreover such Member’s account will be liable for suspension and subsisting Memberships may be cancelled, without refund.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
    1. Fitternity shall not be liable for any damage arising out of / relating to Member’s experience at Fitness Centres.
    2. Fitternity shall make reasonable efforts to ensure maintenance of hygiene and facility standards of Fitness Centres.
    3. Members acknowledge that services offered by Fitternity only includes providing an online platform for displaying and promoting products/services (“Platforms”). Any sale transaction made between a User and Fitness Centres shall constitute an agreement of sale between such Buyer and Seller. Please refer to Section 7 of General Terms of Use.
    4. If any Member breaches the terms of this Agreement, they shall be liable to Criminal and/or civil charges and fines, as appropriate.

Membership

  • Your membership start date can be changed after purchasing the membership from your user profile
  • You can change the start date 3 times, however, you have to select a start date within 30 days from your purchase date for a gym membership & 15 days from the purchase date in case of a group class or other memberships
  • For any Offer-related queries refer to https://www.fitternity.com/offer-usage
  • Memberships once purchased are not transferable or resalable
  • If you want to cancel the membership, please contact 7400062841 or write to us support@fitternity.com within 24 hours from the time of your membership purchase.
  • For any Refund/ cancellation queries refer to https://www.fitternity.com/refund-cancellation
  • Freezing / Transfer of membership is the sole discretion of the service provider basis their terms & conditions.
  • In case of non-consumption of your membership after your membership period lapses, a refund/extension is not applicable
  • If the service partner shuts down their gym/studio or discontinues their services - Fitternity is not responsible for a refund/transfer of membership. The aforementioned is in the hands of the service partner.
  • All refund amounts that are credited in the customer’s bank account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card
  • If your membership purchase is refunded or cancelled - Fitternity reserves the right to retrieve the Fitternity rewards offered to you on the time of your membership purchase.
  • Fitternity's decision on refunds shall be at their sole discretion and shall be final and binding
  • Fitternity reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions at any given time without prior notice to any customers.

Session Pack

  • It's a mandate to schedule your session prior to your session time or scan the QR code available at the gym on the Fitternity App to avail your session.
  • If you end up utilizing a session at the gym/studio without a booking confirmation prior to your session time, you are eligible to pay the cost of the session.
  • The period to utilize session packs for the unlimited validity package is 24 months from the time of the start date of the program.
  • There will be no refund initiated in the form of Cash/Fitcash if you haven't utilized your session pack program within the period of membership duration.
  • The session pack membership is non-transferable to a third person.
  • If the sessions are unattended, it cannot be rescheduled/refunded in the form of Cash/Fitcash.

Pay-Per-Session

  • The staff at the Gym/Fitness centre, their associates and staff at Fitternity Health E Solutions are not able to provide medical advice or assess whether it is suitable for me to participate in programs.
  • The participation will be at his/her own risk. The user acknowledges that there are risks including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries.
  • The user warrants that he/she is physically and mentally well enough to proceed with the classes and have furnished true details in the form above.
  • The user acknowledges that he/she waives, releases and forever discharge Gym/Fitness Center, Fitternity Health E Solutions and all their associates from all liabilities for injuries or damages resulting from his/her participation in fitness activities and classes.
  • Given above he/she assumes the risk of and responsibility of personal property loss or damage.
  • Fitternity is not responsible for cancellation of trials & sessions by its affiliate gyms/studios & trainers
  • On attendance, the customer has to Unlock the session from his/her user profile and after unlocking the same it has to be shown to the service provider.
  • The cashback after unlocking session is in the form of Fitcash, which will be basis your current workout streak

FitSquad

  • Login in with your registered E-mail ID & contact number to access the FitSquad benefits & to track your work out days.
  • FitSquad milestones are based on the number of days you check-in for your workout by physically visiting the gym/studio in Fitternity Partner Network & scanning the QR code available.
  • A user can check-in only using his registered device
  • As per the new FitSquad policy, the user has to spend a minimum of 45 minutes between check-in and check-out. Any check-outs before 45 mins will be invalid
  • A user has to check-out within 180 minutes of check-in time for valid attendance. Any check-out after 180 minutes will be considered as invalid.
  • A user can check-in again after 3 hours of the previous check-in time, in case the previous check-in fails/invalid`
  • A user has to check-in and check-out within the gym premises for valid attendance
  • In case of any fraudulent activity - Fitternity has all rights to block the person from the FitSquad rewards program. This person will not be able to claim or access any rewards.
  • On achieving FitSquad Milestone you are eligible to avail rewards worth Rs 32,000 on reaching the workout milestones (30,75,150 & 250 days of working out in 12 months).
  • Each milestone gives you multiple rewards to choose from. You can select any 1 reward out of the options given.
  • The validity of the FitSquad Program is 12 Months from the time of your registration date post which the milestones will be refreshed.
  • The counter reset will take place on the FitSquad Program after 15 days from your previous FitSquad program expires.
  • You are allowed only 1 check-in per day. Each check-in will be considered within the 24-hour cycle between 12:00 am - 11:59 pm.
  • You can redeem your reward at any point during the FitSquad Program within 12 Months from the time of your first check-in.
  • Fitternity Health -E Solution Pvt. Ltd. ( Fitternity) reserves the right to cancel/ modify/add/delete any of the rewards that are part of the FitSquad Loyalty Program.
  • During the Fitsquad program, if Fitternity identifies invalid check-ins which are not in the radius of the Gym/Fitness Center - Fitternity reserves the right to remove the check-ins of a customer from their Fitsquad Checkin Counter.
  • On the FitSquad Program, basis availability partner brand vouchers can be sold out.
  • For Non-Fitternity members on reaching milestone 2, you have to pay an amount of Rs 299 on Fitternity to continue to unlock rewards on reaching 2nd, 3rd & 4th milestones.
  • The FitSquad reward benefits are void if the membership is transferred to someone else.

FitSquad 100% Cashback

  • Login in with your registered E-mail ID & contact number to access the FitSquad benefits & to track your workout days.
  • FitSquad cash-back is a loyalty reward which is entitled to facilitating a purchase on Fitternity only. No other discount code/voucher of Fitternity can be clubbed in purchase using the FitSquad Cash-back benefit.
  • The FitSquad Cash-back will be added in the form of Fitcash in Fitternity wallet deducting GST fees calculated on the previous membership purchase value.
  • The FitSquad cash-back will be applicable to enroll for the same fitness center (Same Partner Network & Location)
  • On achieving FitSquad Milestone you are eligible to avail rewards on reaching the workout milestones (30, 75, 150 & 225 days days of working out in 12 months).
