Using your own bodyweight as resistance, the
Physique 57 workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, glutes and abs to
the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. Their effective process,
called Interval Overload, includes muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh
and seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves, and fluid stretches. It’s not
easy but that’s exactly why it works.

Reservations for classes after 11:00 a.m. can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to six (6) hours prior to the beginning of class.
Reservations for classes 11:00 a.m. and before need to be cancelled minimum 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.
