    1. - The PT session will happen over a Zoom video call. We suggest you keep the same downloaded and set up for a better experience.
  • Q. Can I select /ask for the trainer of my choice?
    1. - Your personal concierge will match you with the best trainer available. You can be rest assured that your trainer will be well trained and qualified .
  • Q. How long will the session with the trainer be?
    1. - Session duration varies between 45 min/ 60 min . The trainer may connect with you if he/she misses out on any particular detail.
  • Q. Can I cancel / reschedule my session ?
    1. - You can reschedule / cancel your session by getting in touch with your personal concierge
  • Q. What to do If i’m not satisfied with my session ?
    1. - In case if you had a bad experience our quality assurance team will look into it and will make sure that does not happen again. To requite your session, your personal concierge will schedule you another session.
  • Q. Can I change my trainer in-between or after the first session?
    1. - You put forward your request at pt@fitternity.com, and we’ll try our best to resolve the issue.
  • Q. Can I enroll myself / someone as a trainer for Fitternity ?
