I have been practising yoga for the past five years with LEAP Yoga & Fitness, both at their studio and presently their online sessions. Yoga at Leap is calming, relaxing & restorative. Yoga has brought so much peace and joy to my life and an over all feeling of well being! One thing what I have noticed after practising yoga is that I don't get stressed out easily. The instructors at Leap are all fantastic. Especially Janet And Violet. They have modifications in each posture that suit everybody. They make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I started LEAP s online sessions a week 2 weeks back . Was very impressed with the quality of their classes. We also get corrected. Their Instructors for Yoga and Pilates are tooooo good. Big value for the nominal fee they are charging.Thank you LEAP
