Using carefully and mindfully selected workout disciplines, offering Group and Personal training formats. head coach and founder, Urmi Kothari and her team aim to build strength, endurance, core strength, balance, agility, neuromuscular coordination while also focusing on making your body bullet-proof i.e. injury-free.
Types of workouts include : Bodyweight workouts like Pilates, Calisthenics, Yoga and Movement and Suspension Training.
Functional Workouts using Kettlebells, free dumbells, Medicine balls, Tyres, Battle and Jump Ropes and bands.
Mindful sessions : Art Therapy (on request)

Unbreakable (Strength) :
A medium to high intensity, moderate to high impact workout that is based on the scientific functional training principles and should NOT be mistaken for an HIIT class.
Average Calorie Burn: 300 - 400 Calories
A strengthening and flexibility and low impact workout for the spine and abs, glutes (butt), and shoulders first and then the entire body. Using resistance bands, rings, they use Mat Pilates to bring that burn baby burn effect that will be felt long after the class is finished.
Average Calorie Burn: 250 Calories
A physio-approved spine workout to activate and strenghthen postural muscles of the entire torso which is low impact and moderate to high intensity. Athletes perform small, controlled but effective movements with the bar to vibrate at a frequency while performing different functional movements. This challenges their concentration, focus and coordination while placing high demands on muscular activation and isolation for a stronger core and definition in the torso.

Unstoppable (Endurance) :
A high intensity, high impact workout that is based on running or body weight or weighted functional exercises (depending on your fitness level) that will challenge your muscular endurance or agility and explosive power. Some of the Endurance sessions are also conducted Outdoors.

A form of suspension training workout that challenges your body as a whole unit and works on the principle of unstable environment that forces you to recruit all the core muscles to perform the movements safely and effectively. it is often combined with Pilates or Kettlebell for a core and fat blasting effect.

Strength Flow :
Is a fluid, controlled yet dynamic execution of movements performed one after the other to the teachers cues. It will challenge your mobility, flexibility, core strength and shoulder and wrist strength along with a good after burn in the legs depending on the focus for that class. No class is the same. It will teach you patience, breath work and great posture while building body weight strength using elements from Pilates, Kalaripayattu, Yoga, Animal Flow.

INVINCIBLE : HIIT and Technique
An High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) method where in we warm up the students and then explain proper technique before beginning a 30 minute non stop HIIT class that will torch your calories and destroy the fat instead of torching your energy levels and instead of destroying your joints or muscles. They believe in perfect form and pay extreme attention to details.

Clay : Stretch and Prehab / technique :
A physio-approved workout that is designed to bullet proof your body against injuries and unwanted stiffness for superior joint and spine mobility and health. in certain classes, you will also spend extra time refining or learning techniques of new exercises so you can nail them in perfect form in other workouts.
