It's a very disappointing experience because there is more emphasis on consuming and buying their products everyday than there is on the workout. There is no equipment for workout and the session is barely for 35 minutes after which they insist that you must consume their protein shakes, and you can't refuse. These shakes are not medically​ endorsed or proven safe and these people arr no experts on what effects these might have on your body. Infact, after regular consumption for a year I have learned that, they contain soy protein isolates which can mimic estrogens in your body and can interfere with your cycles too. However, they blindly keep pushing these products for commission.
