The gym was introduced to me by a friend. I have been hooked on it since a couple of months now after the unlock and i can really feel the change in me . The equipment is pretty advanced than what you find in this range and location. The staff is really hospitable and helps you through your workout. The standout point that I would really consider is that this is not a financial operation where the money is just invested and someone is running the gym, safety is priority, temperature checks , regular sanitization ,clean and tidy workout area. Health Mantras - is owned and managed by fitness freaks, who wont stop until you get in shape. All in all, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

RECENTLY I SUFFERED FROM BIT SCITICA AND LOWER BACK PAIN, OWNER HERSELF HELPED ME TO RECOVER FROM MY PAIN WITH RIGHT ADVICE AND WORKOUT. THANKS ALOT. REALLY HAPPY TO BE HEALTH MANTRAS MEMBER..

its a very good place with good vibes to have your workout sessions..the trainers are very well trained and the equipments are also good..overall its the best gym in such a cheap rate..

Can't even talk properly with customers. Very less weights less machines ok ok machines for cardio but very less weight lifting equipments HOPELESS PEOPLE.

Poor and old Equipments .. instructors are also fat..rude behaviour after money is been paid.
