My review and rating is purely based on a Trial session.. I am sure if the first day experience and fun continues the rating will definitely move to 5... i was looking for a Zumba trainer around vicinity for quite some time..tried at few places but didn't quite like them. Based on my 1st day experience @fit n fab u, I felt I finally might have found an energetic group that is superbly charged by a good trainer- I really liked my small chat with Sangeetha(the trainer) where she mentioned how much she is attached to her clients. I had a fantastic experience moving to the grooving music along with a wonderful group of girls.....

Fabulous, Excellant n Passionate about her work are just few of the many adjectives I would use for this amazing lady! Sangeetha has been my fitness idol n source of inspiration for past 3.5 years! She has not only inspired me to reach my unknown strength but to overcome all my past goals! Her classes are full of fun, laughter n real workouts! Working out with her means that one not only gets an awesome educated information personal trainer but a humourous good natured friend too! No words can compare the satisfaction one gets working out with Sangeetha and I wouldn't dare choose anyone above her! Best n most intelligent choice ever!!

I want to share my experience at 'FitnFabu' at Malad west, particularly my great experience with Sangeetha. I have been training with her in Zumba and group exercise (strength training) for more than 4 years now and I can’t believe what a transformation it has made, both physically and mentally. My self esteem has soared. I owe all this to Sangeetha and her great attitude, professionalism, and caring for her clients. My goals with her have exceeded than what I expected to achieve. I was hoping to lose some weight, but I have now done that and more. Sangeetha has helped me tone and lose 13 kgs. I would highly recommend her to anyone I meet.

Zumba is fun.. thanks sangeeta for introducing this form of exercise to me.. it has become my favourite workout and u r the best ..

Zumba at fitnfabu has been a boon. It's been almost a year I hv been with fitnfabu. I have been feeling fit and strong. My energy levels are on the top. I feel healthy. It also keeps me happy with wonderful and friendly atmosphere plus the mini celebrations. Zumba worked as a physiotherapy for me when I had a minor accident and had difficulty in movement. With music and the dance I didn't realise I was working on my body and it's movement instead I was busy enjoying the rhythm. I was healed before I could realise that my body worked amazing.Thank you Sangeetha. You're amazing. Looking forward to njoy and learn more with you.
