Fun, challenging full-body workouts with our very own Fitness expert  and Happiness Coach- Padmavati Iyengar. With  Everyday happiness activities personalised specifically for the program and 3 LIVE Zoom workouts at 8.30 AM every week that would take you through, strenghening, mobility, dance, breath-work, yoga, meditation to focus on overall well-being and adoring your body  with supported nutrition guidance according to your body type and requirement. Focus on your overall well-being with a Certified fitness, Wellness and Happiness Coach, Padmavati Iyengar! Padmavati will conduct the workouts and activities LIVE on Zoom thrice a week for 3 weeks at 8.30 AM to 9:15 AM so you can workout with constant supervision with no room for error.

 

Get guidance from our in-house nutritionist Karena Adnani ! All participants will receive a diet plan during the challenge. From building muscles to reducing inches, every need will be covered. Support your workout with the right nutrition guidance including the correct macronutrients you need for the duration of this challenge! 

 

In the #MindfullyFit Program, our expert trainers & nutritionists will be available 24X7 on the WhatsApp group to resolve ALL your doubts while motivating you daily throughout the course of the challenge. Along with the experts, upto 30 other participants will be a part of this challenge group for a touch of peer to peer motivation. 

 

Listen to your needs and maintain your wellbeing by engaging in daily self care activities that nourish you, support you in staying mindful and positive. Padmavati Iyengar is a renowned Fitness, Wellness and Happiness coach. She has worked with some of the top fitness & lifestyle brands, training thousands of people, making her one of the top fitness influencers in the country. She is certified in Zumba, Strong nation, Pilates, Yoga, 7 Chakra philosophy and music. How do I keep up my motivation during the challenge?

This is a 21 day Mindful Fitness Program and for you to see results, You have to follow the program's daily activity plans. Being a part of a closed group chat with other participants helps to create a sense of peer to peer motivation. Also, our in-house coaches along with nutritionists will be tracking and following up with all the participants to ensure that you are getting closer to your fitness goal every day.

Can I save the zoom sessions if we miss any of them?

No, you can't save zoom workout sessions. It is a strict 21-day plan where we encourage you to do the group live sessions, be a part of a community and follow the nutrition guidelines.

What does 24/7 tracking and support mean? What is the closed group chat for?

The essence of this challenge is peer to peer motivation and the group chat plays a crucial role in keeping you motivated by creating a sense of accountability and togetherness. Fitternity’s in house coaches along with Padmavati Iyengar and her team are available to guide you everyday & address your queries.

How can we maintain a healthy diet during the challenge?

Our nutritionist will provide a diet program which is crafted keeping in mind the goal for that particular Program.

Will the diet plan be sent in advance, so that I can prepare my list?

Yes, it will be sent after you register prior to the challenge so you will have all the details you’ll need to plan.

When will the groups be formed? I have already enrolled?

We will add you to the group once we close the registrations.

Can beginners attend classes?

Absolutely, we all start somewhere. We welcome you as you are.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes it's an online challenge, you have to Pre-register in order to sign-up for the challenge.

What if I am not able to workout at the dedicated timing of the zoom session?

It's an exclusive program so we urge all participants to attend these session when they're being held.
