One of the best gym in this locality. It is complete women's gym which is its best point. Without any hesitation all age groups can come and workout. This gym is different from other Gyms in terms of workout....here you enjoy each and every activity like zumba , aerobics , CrossFit and yoga meditation. I loved all the activities plus on other days i can do normal weight training and cardio. Gopi didi is dietician there,who will give you personalized diets according to your body need.her diet has helped me to lose 9kgs. N i have increased metabolism .she has motivated me lot.she is best thing ever happened to me. This is the first & onlygym where trainers don't push you for personal training. They take person interest in your workouts and guide you according to your stamina and limitations.

I came across Gopi 7 months back and I was not very sure that consulting her or anyone for diet will ever work for me. But after my first meeting with her, I had a positive feeling. She is the best thing ever happened to me. She changed my view towards food and explained me to understand my body's reaction and requirement. I am glad I met her and her food combinations are awesome.

Gopis diet is awesome,sujata and neha both are good trainer both are giving very much efforts for each gym member,Maushi is good at massage... Overall team is good.
