Biorhythm is an attempt to predict various aspects of a person's life through simple mathematical cycles. Most scientists believe that the idea has no more predictive power than chance. Most biorhythm models use three cycles: a 23-day physical cycle, a 28-day emotional cycle, and a 33-day intellectual cycle.

The intention has always been to offer to the local community the opportunity to experience the benefits that the practice of yoga offers. In addition to the strength and flexibility gained from the practice of the postures, and the stress reducing breathing techniques, it also provides a time for reflection and self-inquiry.
