Valentine’s Day can be made beautiful by having small events planned and to begin with, do a partner workout in the morning or evening. You can book yourself a personal workout session using Personal Training by Fitternity

Check out the below routine to try out with your partner!

Before you begin, please warm up so that you don’t face any pain after the workout is done!

1. Squat jumps  ( 3 sets x 8 reps )

This can be a fun exercise to do with your partner, make sure that you are using the correct form and performing the exercise, and well, remember to engage your core!

2. Push up and side clap ( 3 sets x 8 reps )

We don’t mean to do a "next level" push-up clap, in this exercise, try a knee push-up if both partners can’t do a normal push up and once you are up ( hands are not bent ) clap sideways with your partner! It’s a cute way to workout and works on your muscles!

3. Cross lunge claps ( 3 sets x 8 reps )

Another fun exercises to try with your partner involving the “clap”. Jumping lungings can add up the intensity but you can go for a simple one-leg lung and clap!

4. Holding hands side-kick ( 3 sets x 8 reps )

Another way to work on your glutes along with some “partner support” is the holding hands side-kick! Take a check on who’s kicks are higher!

You can try this above routine with your partner and have a great start to your Valentine’s Day. It’s a great way to burn some calories before your Valentine’s date!

Another routine to try COUPLES YOGA!

Start with a warm-up routine or give Surya namaskar a shot! ( 5 sets ) Give a try to poses like

  1. Boat Pose
  2. Wide-legged boat pose
  3. Wide-legged forward bend
  4. Chair pose
  5. Assisted bends with bow pose
  6. Double Camel pose
  7. Cobra with chair pose
  8. Front bird pose
