2. Capoeira:

Capoeria is a Brazilian form of martial art which blends the elements of dance, music, aerobics, and fighting. During this ritualized combat, two capoeiristas (players of capoeira) exchange movements of attack and defense in a constant flow while observing rituals and proper manners of the art. Both players attempt to control the space by confusing the opponent with feints and deceptive moves. During the jogo (game), the capoeiristas explore their strengths and weaknesses, fears and fatigue in a sometimes frustrating, but nevertheless enjoyable, challenging and constant process of personal expression, self-reflection and growth.

3. Parkour:

A derivative of military obstacle training, parkour is a holistic training discipline which is best described as the art of forward motion in spite of obstacles, or to put it simply: the art of movement – in both urban and natural settings. Parkour's chief aim is never to move backward but instead to overcome obstacles fluidly, with strength, originality and speed. It’s not strictly defined by any particular workout or conditioning regimen. It’s more about finding the way to keep improving and eventually reach your greatest physical potential. Your only opponent here is yourself.

4. Masala Bhangra:

Masala Bhangra is an Indian-origin dance based fitness routine which allows you to channel your energies on the perfect mix of bollywood music and dhol beats. It integrates high energy bhangra moves with bespoke bollywood dance styles in such a way that it pumps you up with an adranaline rush and give you a workout experience like no other.

5. Bolly Swag:

A typical 55-minute class starts with a warmup of all the basic Bollywood moves familiar to anyone who’s seen item numbers old and new. Once the basic moves are mastered, students are lead into a high-speed choreography which combines all the steps without break. However, each routine is designed to target a specific muscle group!

6. Kalaripayattu

Kalaripayattu is a traditional psycho-physiological discipline emanating from Kerala's unique mytho-historical heritage as well as a scientific system of physical culture training. The historical antecedents of this martial art form combines indigenous Dravidian systems of martial practice such as 'varma ati' or 'marma adi' with an influence of Aryan brahman culture which migrated southwards down the west coast of India into Kerala.

7. Aqua Spinning:

Aqua Spinning is a water-based cycling workout, in which the stationary cycling equipment is submerged in the water awhile the upper body remains above the water. Its a great way to get rid of that extra fat from your body and enhancing your body’s endurance & flexibility and it positively impact your joints and muscles. Expect high-intensity session on a stationary bike submerged underwater to peddle away the extra calories.

8. Yogalates:

As the name suggests, Yogalates is a synergised fusion of Yoga and Pilates. People consider it a meeting place of east to the west as it effortlessly combine aspects of yoga focusing on instilling a balance between body & mind and dynamics of modern techniques of Pilates originated in the west. A typical Yogalates session begins with a meditation session followed by exercises and asanas  to develop strength, stability, flexibility, stamina etc. It also leverages equipment & props like blocks, resistance bands, weights, fit balls and rollers which is been used in a regular pilates workout.
