2. Session Descriptions :

 Functional and Strength Training

A 60-minute typical functional / strength workout session starts with a warm-up and stretching, a quick introduction to the workout, circuits of body weight, or strength-based exercises focused on upper-body, lower-body, core, or a combination, this is followed by a cool down.

Yoga

A 60 mins yoga session would start with chanting, warm-up, Surya namaskar, standing & sitting yoga postures, followed by meditation/pranayama for relaxation.

Transformation Programs

A 60 mins transformation program session would start with a warm-up and stretching, a quick introduction to the workout, circuits of exercises designed to achieve a user’s fitness goals. This session would end with a cool down and stretching.

Pilates

A 60 mins pilates session would start with a warm-up and stretching, exercises to be performed with proper breathing techniques and muscle control, followed by a cool down.

Kids Fitness

A 60 mins kids fitness session would start with a warm-up and stretching, followed by moderate to high-intensity aerobic exercises and strength training. This session will end with a cool down and stretching.

MMA and Boxing

A 60 minute typical MMA & Boxing workout session starts with a warm-up and stretching, followed by some intense cardiovascular aerobic activities and common MMA & kickboxing body movement. The session ends with a cool down and end session stretching.

Dance

A 60 minute typical Dance workout session starts with a warm-up and stretching, followed by a dance routine with grooving music and aerobic movements that melt calories, and ends with a cool down.

Zumba

A 60-minute typical Zumba workout session starts with a warm-up and stretching, followed by a dance routine with grooving music and aerobic movements that melt calories, and ends with a cool down.

Meditation

A typical 45-minute meditation session consists of the expert guiding you through several breathing and mindfulness techniques to train attention and awareness, towards achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state of mind.

Nutrition Counseling

An expert nutritionist will consult with you during this session to understand your health goals, routine, lifestyle, and diet preferences. You will be provided with a diet plan and hacks to manage your food intake & eating schedule towards improving your overall wellbeing & immunity.

Therapy Counselling

The expert will consult with you during these sessions to understand the best way forward when it comes to your mental health. The expert will follow up with you on progress and be there for you in case you have questions.
